To me it means they think they have one of the best hard rock assets in the world and the primary focus is still lithium. He said a number of times "lithium price lull" when referring to moving attention back to gold, which was his original reason for purchasing IDA. So they plan to turn the gold in to cash to fund a lithium mine. They must believe the lithium price will recover and are sticking to the plan
