What would happen in the event of a T/O and the BOD accepted the offer along with shareholders and then all resigned and their termination conditions are at their discretion.What would happen if a major re-rate were to occur and resignations where put on the table at their discretion.I'm also certain the shareholders would love an MD after 2 months in that position to increasing the salary by 70%, above escrow allocation and further performance shares all on top of their traunches.I'm all go to see this company move to a producing miner but this package isn't the way forward at this early stage of development. I just see massive dilution.. Sorry.
My placement participation is in jeopardy along with many other holders. No wonder Phillippa did a quick interview yesterday. The "please explain" emails have begun.
