There's a slight problem with your hopes. The fact that it's out of administration and now has it's own board again.
Why would it be voluntarily wound up? If it's left with working capital, once the ATO is finalised, MIN will be able to control what venture $A40 starts next. We will be bystanders in that scenario. If we get any cash it will be by selling on market only.
