Demoralisation of shareholders is due to the actions of a company where they focus more on marketing themselves to keep up with the constant funding cycles rather than focusing on monetising their IP as efficiently as possible.
You raised a good question. Why do they have a marketing department? They don't have anything to sell. Are 10m a quarter in staff wages in line with a small R&D based device company? Wayne and management have experience in large pharma companies, but AVR isn't one. They need to learn to crawl before they can walk.
