They are the same "new investors" from the old insto raises. They just used them to close shorts and then were no longer share holders. Now they are new again by buying back in.
She meant new investors who weren't already "existing" shareholders but these instos have ALL been involved in prior CRs and made a killing shorting this down to 25.5c.
Zip will constantly invite them if they can get their 1-day CRs locked down. They don't care about retail.
