Good question
Given that the listing is slated for September (according to the latest investor presentation) I'm not sure if they would've locked in a price for the capital raising for the listing itself
The way the TH announcement has been worded (the Company expects to make a material announcement to the market in relation to the ProposedLSE Listing and Capital Raising), it sounds like there may be a separate raise before the LSE listing itself? Unless I've interpreted it wrong
In any case, its a positive IMO that the company is fully invested in going ahead with this dual listing
