I would think there is a while to go in VYS s own growth plans before any consideration is given to setting them selves up for being taken over .
It is however the history of the major shareholders/directors/ chairman etc and I have no doubt that’s the ultimate goal . Any takeover will be on their terms .
The market cap is now attracting new shareholders.
Still cannot fault company’s achievements to date . Have said what they want to do and have done it .
The next growth phase looks exciting
