MOU's are never really alive, and realistically, unless there is a mining permit, a social license and a well de-risked project, it will be extremely difficult to attract anyone to fund this, especially for a $14m Company who wants to mine Vanadium.
I've said this before, the economics of mining V don't really stack up. There are existing and operational V mines which are bleeding money.
Burton will keep SRN on life support, doing CR after CR, pumping out a MOU here and there so he has somewhere to go during the weekdays.
