This goes back to your prior post about "Lithium is uninvestable". It's uninvestable for new producers - yes.
That's a good thing for existing producers, new mines will not come online and the space will be dominated by existing producers.
The strategy has been outlined on several occasions at least from a PLS perspective - keep the lights on even if the profit is marginal, expand and disincentivise high cost developers or explorers from coming online.
