Hi Wazz,
My frustration is that there is a 200m shortfall to be placed so there needs to be a lot more than 40m on the Buy side.
As I see it, there is considerable urgency to get this stock bedded down.
If Patrick is punting on a couple of good drill holes to send the price up, he is going to be very disappointed.
Nothing will move the share price until the overhang is put to bed with some decent names on it - who are not burger flippers.
The enlarged and more expensive Board and management team will chew though our remaining cash in next to no time.
Patrick has been a director for more than 5 minutes and he did a lot of DD before signing up - so no excuses for the slow pace of action on these shares.
I just see complacency or a distinct lack of urgency.
This bothers me a lot as I am not on the payroll and getting paid a big salary while waiting for a miracle.
More share issues at stupidly low prices is exactly what destroys credibility and reputations - and severely limits share price upside.
And you don't have to be a genius to realise that.
At the current rate, even Mal's good reputation will get a hiding.
I understood that we employed Patrick because he was going to handle finances and investor relations and let Mal get on with the rock kicking.
Mal won't be too pleased to be put on another drilling holiday - which will happen soon enough as funds deplete.
At the current rate they will run out of cash before producing meaningful results that allow the price to trade higher.
The overhang is a BIG PROBLEM.
Yes, I AM just a bit techy today as my patience is now starting to wear thin after multiple years of being patient!
