• "Typically" 80% of annual revenue is received during the second half.
• Every dollar revenue for equipment brings a trailing revenue stream
• Doubled pipeline
• Have been working with all pipeline customers for years
• Seeing increased interested due to geopolitical events
• Small drones as a weapon of war have only existed for less than a decade
• Military grade technology being transferred to small drone space, increasing range and payload capacity
• Drone technologies being developed that evade DRO detection capabilities requiring ongoing R&D to improve detection
• Build of inventory is proceeding but the complexity of some of the equipment limits manufacturing rate
• In process of doubling inventory and increasing manufacturing capacity
• Continuing to scale up capacity with staff across engineering (hardware and software) and sales
• Not dependent on any external entity for technical capabilities
• Counter-drone is becoming increasingly difficult and complex to implement
• DroneShield is currently dependent on essentially one technology
• Constantly evaluating new techniques and new technologies
• Shifting from third-party sales and distribution to owned resources, increasing ability to control and drive sales process
