There are many fund managers that talk value investing and quote Warren Buffett, sadly, most of them still don't know the difference between value and price...
GW is one of them and QVE also.....
QVE has been taken over by WLE, so its a good combination now and will continue to underperform without doubt......
Its funny, QVE has been saying the market is irrational for years and said it was expensive, kept 20% cash.... then CoVid hit and you would think they will go bargain hunting.... yet, still massive cash holding... mind you, SHs are getting charged to hold cash...... Its a massive joke....
