Copper isn't a short-term play and I have no idea why people are acting like it was ever expected to be. It had a premature pump earlier on due to international spot price speculation.
Defecits aren't forcast to start kicking in for quite a while yet, so the idea is to accumulate on lows and then be patient & hold.
