Yep markets make perfect sense to me nowadays. Been in this business longer than I care to remember but if someone, ANYONE, can explain to me how it is that SPR jumps 20% whilst RMS who owns nearly 18% declines. I am ready to learn. And I want to hear logic, NOT about investors using the opportunity. Markets have descended into an absolute cluster**** of mentality in recent years and its getting worse with passing time. I could also point to residential RE as another clear example.
