Chuck, it's a common held belief that hearsay evidence is not admissable in court. This is not true. However if the evidence is hearsay it has little credence. i.e. you can introduce it but don't expect it to get you across the line.
Lot of things to be critical of about Quan Bay but never forget that this was the reaction of a nation that had had it's people attacked in a way never seen before.
