I agree with what you say about MSA not being a widespread issue and not getting much publicity. If it was mentioned in a discussion, other than a ATH thread on HC, most people would think it was a chemical product that you buy at Bunnings...... or something like that.
Parkinson's, though, is well known to just about everyone and should feature in all presentations by management and announcements whever possible.
