They could do a swap of McPhilamys for Telfer/Haverion with Newmont with a cash adjustment. McPhilamys is a stone throw from Cadia so could be used as a resource to be processed at Cadia thereby reducing much capex in Newmont's hands. Regis would then have a chunk of Telfer/Haverion which they could monetise sooner than McPhilamys.
