Good point ognid, remember the asian currency crisis, the russian crisis and the South American collapses all in the last twenty years. Most people have already forgotten the Greek debt crisis. Everyone recovered and became stronger. The top 5 economies US, China, Japan, Germany, UK and France make up 75% of the worlds economic activity. Ireland, Spain and Greece are barely a blip on the worlds economic stage. Good for beer, tapas and olives but no difference to the financial world.
