Given the history of both HRZ and GSR such a fate would be thoroughly deserved, coto.But we need to have replacements lined up. The company can't drive itself. The Board knows this full well. Unless we come up with a good candidate or candidates, all this talk of booting them off, will be regarded by them as empty rhetoric. Now,-correct me if I'm wrong -my understanding is, the Board can operate with three directors, so if we come up with one good replacement, we can boot two off and the company could still operate.
As I've said before, I'm prepared to contribute to an advertisement calling for people with requisite qualifications and background with good references, to put themselves forward as candidates. Preferably, though its better to put the word out there and get expressions of interest from colleagues, acquaintances, friends of friends, and so on.
