uuummm since Menzies it think.... certainly Whitlam, Fraser, Hawke/Keating, Howard, Rudd particularly and Gillard of course.... umm Abbott stopped giving money to the car industry and told them to go but he sure funded a lot of entrepreneurs and major accounting companies, surf clubs and car parks, think tanks and all manner of business interests..... yep high risk tech too.
