Two points from the release worth thinking about.
1. They state that their current funding will suffice (as mentioned above, 22m plus R&D, plus options conversion.... plus potential deals should get the company to the success/failure point)
2. When they talk about "being in negotiations", this means that the due-diligence phase for some potential partners is complete and now its about agreeing on the financial and other parts of the deal. This could drop at any time.
