I love your idea that the price of power with renewables will always be cheap and that no bad people with bad ideas of making money will not be able to have input at times about the price. It shows you don't understand 1. History and 2. the nature of humans and money.
Leverage due to having supply of power into a market that needs the supply at 100% of demand is not changing, people will still have the same ability as today to bid the last small amount up, in times of need. People that like to make money, will run so many ways within any system and make sure they can make as much money as they can.
Sorry Acon, at best renewables are the same as the current system for getting a high price.
