Thats correct.
the market will charge the highest price a consumer is prepared to pay....unless there is a substitute.
What do you substitute for power demand when part time constantly replaceable power goes awol?
Dependable power..but there will be a price for it...
Why can't solar & wind supply the demand 24/7/365 & push the price of power down?
ergo solar & wind IS NOT CHEAP
