Staying the course means having the final appeal by Tanzania being made this week on Friday 26th July, waiting about a month or two (?) for the verdict and then getting paid within 45 days? Not long if you ask me.
The fact IDA apparently reached/agreed a settlement offer indicates to me that must have got a fairly high % of the Award they have in hand as they had recently raised money to see themselves through to the end of the entire process.
