I dont buy it. He was paying himself $400K plus, that is way excessive for a CEO who has continually failed to deliver. And why are they paying themselves in lieu ? If they had any integrity they would take a pay cut and when the company is in better financial position reimburse themselves. Instead they have loaded up on stock effectively stealing from shareholders and stand to make windfall (gains they would not of had) if a deal etc is done.
Given they have gone to the trouble of issuing themselves stock there must be something close in the works here.
While not illegal what they have done , it lack all integrity and is crooked .
