if LDA paid for the shares where is the money trail in the quarterly?
There are no risks for them to sell at what ever price. BRN dictates the price to to sell ir stop.
they could raise more or less then the 12 million.
go back and see the prices for last years cap raise.
This has nothing to do with LDA it's likely bigger.
