PCL have mentioned that WDS can exercise their option at anytime a few times now, however, I cannot see them doing this unless they have confidence they will secure the license. I am hopeful that once this license is secured, WDS will not wait as they have waited long enough.
Great report and iPCL continue to give us confidence, albeit the frustration between ANNs can cause significant hair loss
