    Of course permitting is important - my recollection is that the expectation is for swift permitting in the Nunavut region.

    Please can anyone confirm that? It has been discussed previously.

    IMO the locals need the jobs and their government needs the royalties and taxes, meanwhile N.America needs the copper.
