TLG Chart, page-3813

I sold last week, thank god.................should have sold a lot earlier. I burnt a lot of money here. The primary reason I sold is that I need the money for something else.

I like this company and I like the product, but
- It is obvious there soon needs to be a capital raise,
- Without SC decision in our favour the CR has to be less than current market,
- With SC decision in our favour (soon) and then capital raise the market price will obviously increase.

The only reason I can logically see for management holding off on a CR is they are banking on the SC decision being very soon.

Am I missing something ??

By the way if the price keeps going lower I will be tempted to buy back in again !!
