state ombudsman ought to be involved

There would seem to be a case for involving the Queensland State Ombudsman in this matter. Right should prevail against might. Suspect though that it would take quite awhile to get a ruling handed down by the Queensland Ombudsman. And in the meantime, quid tu habes?
