The REE project is a huge concern. They could very easily blow 1.8B of shareholder funds if they persue it. Look at Lynas. They almost went under and are still struggling with huge capital investment requirements. What if ionic clay projects become a low cost option? Kind of like cheap nickel from Indonesia. It could decimate the industry here.
Where is the floor in valuation? Would it be worth $3 asuming the REE project is a dud?
