Hey FF, and ots,
does anyone know the ASX rules for announcing the purpose of CR's?
At what point must the reason for the CR be declared, if it isn't just for normal operating expenses?
If it is for a JV covered by an NDA does this need to be said?
If it's for a single entity and they don't want to declare who, are there any specific rules?
If it's for Sophisticated Chinese Investors (CCP) does that need to be stated?
