It's very easily explainable.
For some reason you cannot differentiate between Coronary Artery Disease (leading to MI) and Congestive Heart Failure in end stage presentation.
One results in dead muscle if CAGB isn't performed
The other results in an inefficient pump but the ventricular muscle is still alive and intact.
It really is that simple.
It's virtually impossible to improve Ejection Fractions post MI where cardiac muscle mortality has set in.
In CCF, if the EF is reduced because of impairment in the electrical conductivity pathways, or via an overworked ventricle (floppy heart) then yes - Revascor will work by tightening the ventricle and improving the PQRST complex.
Drugs such as Digoxin are super common - Slows the Heart, Strengthens the Heart,Regulates the rate - of course digitalis often produces SSS over time, so Revascor again looks promising as a replacement therapy - but only in CHF / CCF or whatever you wish to refer to it as.
Diuretics also help the fluid overload in conjunction with restricted fluid intakes, as does improvement of diabetes control - but when you get to endstage disease presentation, the patient has pretty much exhausted those avenues as an effective therapy.
CCF is a foul disease, and believe me, if Revascor can do what MSB hope, then the product will do very well.
But not in cases that involve Coronary Artery Disease leading to CABG intervention.
Lets leave this here as I'm sure people have had enough of this.
