looks like the deals are not coming and ASM may be forced to do another CR sooner rather than later. if they can't land decent size deals that lead to sustained positive cashflows then they are in trouble.
their CRs are too small compared to the expenses they run and it seems ASM hopes they will manage to land enough deals within a 3-6 months to avoid another CR. But if those deals don't show up then it's another CR inside the 12 months. SP is too low to allow for bigger CR as BoDs and the Managment felt asleep behind the wheel (or worse someone did not support CR at that time) when the SP was levitating in near Jupiter.
Has anyone worked out why the previous CEO/MD left? I always felt it was related to him wanting to go for large CR when SP was high and was not supported by the BoDs - this is pure speculation on my part.
