We would be getting a range of prices.
If that is CANs stated average, it is probably correct - and useful.
Unless we know ECSs average for sure, any extrapolation could be very misleading.
Not sure of the current reliability of that $5 number ?? Ive heard it before. Are we sure it is not just an old chinese whisper handed dowm thru the ages?
It would be a very (very) useful number to know for certain. Dangerous to use if we are not.
