So, the critical factor will absolutely now be the funding (supposedly by the end of August-ish).

The Board have repeatedly guided that they have much interest and multiple funding sources other than a dilutive CR.

If this proves to be true then great, however, if not, then Mr Joey has to be right about the Chairman/Board being on the nose (and also this will trigger a shareholder's action which will be helped by recent news that ASIC admit to being asleep at the wheel and will now take a more active interest).

I hope we get the funding as promised but if not then there will finally be consequences for all the crap we have been through.
