I just talk to allot of people and its amazing who one bumps into. Its a very small market here in Australia, everyone knows everyone.
NUH has been listed since early 2016 , you would think that a company like this would have formed a relationship with a broker or two to help itself with capital needs while it brings product/technology to the market. This is what brokers do, yet it hasnt. Why? Miller is why.
Then there was that ridiculous nonsense with a US broker for a nasdaq listing, it appears like he soiled his backyard here so he headed over to the US, only problem is NUH doesnt qualify for a nasdaq listing , only for the pink sheets which it already has got and that US shop cannot be used to raise capital here in Australia.
Now he is back with Azure Capital to try to sort the mess he created out.
