No reason for sp to head lower to 16c on a small but important piece of equity. Smarts would see this as very positive and will buy on dips - shorts will do what they do but they remain near maxed out capacity in my view so can fiddle it minimally.
Early contractor engagement extremely positive in my view - they clearly have equity component well in hand and want to commence immediately on equity closure. Far better option than waiting equity close and losing 2 months advanced development initiative.
