Just wanna add that I had a word with JD before the meeting and he has been busy fielding question from concerned investors about the recent announcement. He mentioned that the raising was to widen the share registry through RBS who is supporting the stock and research coverage (I presume). A rep of RBS was there so I take the intentions were genuine. What I took away from the AGM was that management is aware of the vulnerability of being taken over on the cheap by the corporates on the registry. AFAIK the latest CR were not offered to the existing share holders so your guess is as good as mine as to what the feelings of the big boys would be.

The fundamentals have not changed and IMO the share dilution has not diluted the valuation. Definitely a longer term hold for me.
