yes and Nic, for first time, nailed it with his preso which makes me think he is getting the message.
regarding the BoDs, I strongly believe ALK needs to refresh that board with 2 new directors. IG can still pick his "yes sir" men but make sure they have some skills and relevant experience and are free to express their views.
