The board received a "first strike" on its renumeration report at the last AGM, this is what the agenda will look like for the forthcoming AGM.
Voting shareholders will vote or abstain for the the renumeration report adoption and they can vote or abstain on the resolution to hold a "spill meeting".
The MD is exempt from standing for re-election at the spill meeting (I believe).
