I don’t think it’s simply a case of AGY making profit or not, I think the cost to capacity ratio makes it currently unviable, 2000tpa is only just over 5 tonnes/day, with an Opex of $4645/tonne at todays prices leaves only $10mil/year of cream.
That wouldn’t cover admin costs of an average company.
Up capacity to 10,000tpa and you’re looking a lot healthier.
