you can never trust Chinese and a legal offtake agreement (just read up on broken offtake during gfc)
and you can not trust Africa as they corrupt legal system
that is why Canadian government has banned Chinese investment and stocks like highfield now trying to back door Chinese investment into Canada and Australia
