That is the part that stinks with the ASX. Look at Microequities who dumped a small amount of shares on the 28th of May. (possibly all they held?). We were only notified of the protest in July and ADA received the notice from the FAA back in June, so they say. (Definitely worth complaining to ASIC. about this). Where is proof of the notification date? They didn't make it available. Why did Microequites dump their shares just a few days before June? Did they know or just a coincidence?
