Well sure - that is the only approach (buying below the issue price) you can take (if you still truly "believe" in the prospects) - to allow for the dilution

Given the record of CR last 8 years
I would never touch this stock again until 1/ this "interpretation" of CR Rule 7.1 stops and 2/ CEO/(and maybe BOD) is gone..for at the end of the day they sign off on this sort of approach to raising capital ..and 3/ profits are close to materialise
