I am not sure how it was seen as INL selling their technology, I read they had entered into a joint agreement with Nippon, who already have knowledge in the halide-based hydrometallurgy. in a knowledge sharing venture.
so if they get $5 million in the bank and access to to know how then get the licenced and running process marketed by a bigger entity, how can it be selling their soul to the devil
I think they have just found a new best friend, but lets see what happens to see the affect on the SP.
