I think we need to test the principle that government processes should be done in a timely fashion. Surely by now the legal case against the Commonwealth of Australia and NSW governments should be well in train. ... By now we should have been making our case in court.

NSW JA has not passed a decision on to the federal JA with an obviously stalling attitude. What are our legal team doing.

The federal election will happen in 2025. Both parties will put forward their manifestos to deny Pep 11. How's that?
