100% agree and management should have thought of that before constant delays, not meeting milestones, not giving any timelines whatsover, raising capital at above market prices and not being able to achieve any investors after many many years. They were warned on multiple occasions that they just simply cant keep asking retail holders for money. They will eventually say no more. Well that time is here and management failed to understand that. Most of us knew this was going undersubscribed. How did these 'experts' in management not know ?

Guess we can only hope they are able to rapidly sign one of the JV partners to a binding agreement in the near future.
