Its B.S. that it will cost $700,000 unless they are broke and insolvent and need to show they have enough $$$ to pay their creditors, fees and whatever.. they probably need to prove they are solent as its likely they are $700,000 in the red which they are unable to reverse and thats how he comes up with that figure but totally misrepresents it .. don't believe the b.s.... in best interests of all shareholders? haha how is it in best interests of existing shareholders who will lose every skerrick invested/donated
