yesterday’s, 24th, Qtly and the announcement are very disappointing. Insufficient detail as usual causing even more concern with what’s really going on.
Has the hair growth licensing deal simply handed YSB our technology for a song?
Is AN1 incapable of successfully operating the businesses they acquire, even with the support of the business turnaround specialists at HNG, that they jump ship and hand over to others?
They demonstrate again in the above releases their obsession to pursue M&As. Yet the Roquefort and now YSB, and others off-loading businesses/products deals show a curious abandonment to instead throw in the towel with reverse M&As.
What did Mr. Beard’s investigation (at least announced months ago) of the problematic royalties due or overdue from Roquefort reveal? Was the $30k all that was due? Was it received? Why call it “ambiguously realisation”?
